This Replacement & No-Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on pureparrot.in (“Website”, “Pure Parrot”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
 

NO REFUND POLICY

Pure Parrot does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, no monetary refund will be issued. There is no refund button or automated refund system available on the Website

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement requests are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product is unused and in original packaging

HOW TO REQUEST

All requests must be emailed to info@pureparrot.in with order ID, issue details, and mandatory proof.

PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY

If the same product is unavailable, customer must select an alternative product. No refunds will be issued

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Liability is limited to replacement of the product only
